Do you want to improve posture, flexibility, stand a little taller, move more freely, tone muscles, sculpt your body, move a little more gracefully? Then this class is for you. Suitable for those with little or no ballet or dance experience as well as those who learnt as a child and are returning to ballet. The class is easy to follow and accessible to people a range of abilities. You don't need any special equipment - just wear comfortable workout gear - ballet shoes are helpful but you are welcome to start with just socks.
